Speakers (All use she/her pronouns)

+ Jessica Sorci, MFT. Jessica is a pioneer in the field of maternal mental health, bringing her expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) into the developmental realm of motherhood, creating a paradigm shift in how we understand moms. With the creation of Mom Parts, Jessica has opened up a destigmatizing way to talk about and work with moms' distress and struggle, believing mothers to be innately whole and unbroken beneath their suffering parts. She will discuss her new book "When Good Moms Feel Bad."

+ LaDonna Silva, MFT.  LaDonna Silva, LMFT is Process Therapist, an IFS Approved Clinical Consultant, a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist and a member of the Somatic IFS Staff. She has been seeing clients for over 20 years and has proudly been on her own healing journey for the last 36 years. In recent years she has focused on bridging her background in Somatic and Transpersonal Psychology with Process Therapy and the Somatic IFS model. She specializes in trauma, sexual abuse/assault, grief, couples work, group work and working with the LGBTQI+ community. She will guide the group in an experiential session.

+ Holly Osment, MFT. 20+ years of experience as an MFT in private practice. AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. Adjunct lecturer at Santa Clara University in the Counseling Psychology Department. Holly will discuss perimenopause and this great change in the female body. Partners of those moving through perimenopause will benefit from a deeper understanding of this process. Holly instructs therapists on the importance of keeping this stage of life in mind during our work with clients.

+ Carol Campbell, MFT. Over 30 years of experience as an MFT in private practice. Former CAMFT president. She discusses her use of psychodynamic psychotherapy techniques as she reflects upon her career. Carol has used her understanding of psychodynamic psychotherapy and the enneagram to help her clients understand their personal development. Dr. Ann Langley, MFT, will interview Carol.
