Finding the right therapist for you
You are invited to call or email our office. You will be contacted within 24 hours to learn more about your preferences and match you with one of our team members. We consider your presenting issues, your availability and our therapists' expertise to find the fit you seek.
Fees
Fees for sessions with our clinicians vary per 50-minute meetings; please call for more information. We do not work directly with any insurance companies at this time, but we do provide monthly statements (superbills) if you would like to ask your insurance company for reimbursement; we are considered out of network providers.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
People have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much their medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
Clients can ask their health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service.

Cancellation Policy
Family Matters follows a 48-hour cancellation policy for both new and returning clients. Missing an appointment or canceling an appointment with less than 48-hour notice results in the credit card on file being charged your session fee . Clients can call or email their therapist or the office to advise of a need to reschedule. We do our best to reschedule appointments within seven days if at all possible instead of missing meetings.
