Patterns and the Freedom to Change Them

People come to Morgan feeling stuck in trauma, anxiety, or patterns they've carried for years. Morgan helps adults examine those patterns with curiosity and care, reconnect with mind and body, and move toward more intentional choices. Clients describe her style as warm, empathetic, playful, and accessible. She draws on psychodynamic and person-centered approaches alongside neuroscience-backed mindfulness to help people break free from old narratives and support change at a deeper level. Morgan works with individual adults and couples, online and in person in Campbell and San Jose. She is supervised by Kent Campbell.

Therapy for Individuals

Whether you're moving through a major life transition, processing trauma, working with anxiety, or simply feeling trapped in a life that drains you, therapy can be a space to imagine new ways forward and embrace your whole self. Morgan helps her clients to develop self-trust and begin making choices that align with their authentic selves. Morgan works with individual adults of all backgrounds and dedicates the work to holding space for every part of your story: the parts that hurt, the parts that hope for more, and the parts that feel too hard to face alone.

Therapy for Creatives

Morgan enjoys working with creatives, artists, and people who feel deeply connected to imagination, expression, and meaning. Therapy can be a space to slow down and reconnect with the parts of yourself that don’t always fit into productivity-driven environments. This can include exploring identity, moving through creative blocks, addressing perfectionism, or navigating the tension between creative life and everyday demands. Morgan helps clients move towards a life that feels more authentic, aligned, and balanced.

Couples Counseling

Morgan works with couples who want to strengthen communication, understand the patterns each person brings into the relationship, and find a healthier balance between individuality and connection. Therapy can be a space to slow down reactive cycles, build more effective communication habits, and understand what’s getting activated underneath conflict. Morgan helps couples move toward greater clarity, repair, and a more grounded sense of partnership.

An Affirming Space

Morgan provides therapy for folks across the LGBTQ+ spectrum and is trained in working with gender-expansive clients. She holds an M.A. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and brings an identity-affirming, sex-positive approach to her work. She is committed to creating a warm, welcoming space to support all parts of who you are.

Grief and Loss

Grief and loss can have a profound impact, whether it's the loss of a loved one, a job, or a dream. Morgan offers a steady, compassionate space to move through the grieving process at your own pace.
