I believe therapy is a place to pause, breathe, and make sense of our stories. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where children, teens, adults, and families can show up as their authentic selves and feel truly seen and supported.
My Areas of Focus
I work with children and teens navigating school stress, ADHD, peer challenges, anxiety, and questions of identity. With a Master's in Educational Leadership, two teaching credentials, and years in the classroom, I bring deep understanding of child development and the real challenges families face.
I also specialize in supporting women through midlife transitions—whether you're navigating career changes, identity shifts, relationship dynamics, empty nest, or rediscovering purpose. This season of life brings unique opportunities for growth alongside real challenges of loss, loneliness, and disconnection from self.
For new parents, I help navigate the joyful yet overwhelming adjustment to parenthood, including postpartum challenges, identity shifts, and relationship changes.
My Approach
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches. With children and teens, I often bring in play therapy and sand tray. As a mom of three and former Peace Corps volunteer and teacher, I combine professional training with lived experience, offering warmth, creativity, and cultural humility.
I'm deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and families, with specialized graduate training and experience supporting clients across the lifespan.
